DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY
VISION
- To produce highly competent readers and writers of history.
- To Impart holistic education by giving preference to rural, first generation, economically backward women.
OBJECTIVES
- To enhance the chance of employability in order to make women empowered.
- To nurture the students to become future administrators.
- To prepare them to be the responsible citizens of India.
- To acquire knowledge of key historical concepts and to apply them to current issues and suggest solutions.
- To make the students familiar with technology based learning strategies.
- To develop independent and critical thinking.
