      • Fatima College is a Catholic Minority Christian Institution founded in 1953 by the Congregation of Sisters of St. Joseph of Lyon, France.
      • Affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University in 1966.
      • Granted Autonomy in 1990.
      • Accredited with Five Star status by NAAC (Cycle – I) in 1999.
      • Conferred the status of “College with Potential for Excellence” in 2004 by the UGC – Phase I.
      • Re-Accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC (Cycle – II) in 2006.
      • Conferred the status of “College with Potential for Excellence” in 2010 by the UGC – Phase II.
      • Re-Accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC (Cycle – III) in 2013.
