The online courses are new windows for accessing information on specific courses and gain preparedness for self learning and application of knowledge gained in the fields of choice. The aim of this facility is to increase the choices of areas of study available in our campus. It encourages students to move across disciplines and it promotes self paced Learning. This facilitates added advantage to the learning community to access web based education anywhere and to gain thorough knowledge making use of the technical aspects of computer blended with their discipline.
Fatima College with its foresight has envisioned & implemented numerous programmes & services to benefit the student community. The management firmly believes in the holistic growth of the Fatimites & apart from academic support, it provide services like Placement, economic support through the Mother Rose Care Fund, food tokens for the less privileged, gymnasium facilities, health checks, scholarships etc. The student related activities & services are monitored by the students Union ably guided by the Deans of Student Welfare.
In the mission of transforming young minds to lead a balanced and contented life with tolerance and non – violence for personality development and character building, Mindfulness Meditation (MM) has been introduced in the curriculum. MM enhances students’ concentration and self – confidence and equips them to exhibit all wonderful qualities hidden in them. Besides, Meditation in Action encourages students’ fraternity to involve in community welfare services.
In keeping with the objective of “lab to land”, Fatima College excels in services to the society thereby reaching the unreached. The Part V activities of the college have implemented programmes related to health & hygiene, environment, social issues, education & women’s issues. Apart from regularly visiting the villages, the college has extension activities in various schools. This ongoing process has created a discernible impact thereby motivating successive generations of Fatimites to give their best towards nation building.

WEAT (Women Empowerment Animation & Training Programme) programme of Fatima College started in the year 2004 with its vision to empower women through education & training. This programme is funded by DMOS/COMIDE, the people and the Government of Belgium. The various courses offered under this Programme are designed to help the unemployed Rural Women, School dropouts and the underprivileged of this area to become self employed.
