The training and placement cell activities are administered by assessing the caliber of the students and by matching with their desire and strengths. The students are given a clear picture about the Job market, job opportunities in various sectors. This activity focuses on building an effective career of the students by developing the skill sets for getting success in that particular career. The influence of personality upon the functional efficiency of a student its impact in building her career is well understood and hence the Cell organizes periodic personality development programs. It assists the students to specifically design themselves and to cater to the demands of corporate world. Mentoring is designed to help students to achieve academic excellence by monitoring them closely and by establishing homely environment. It also includes managing stress, improving communication skills, developing confidence, exploring themselves, identification of values, resolving a personal problem interests and personal strengths needed for decision-making.

The placement officer with the placement coordinator representing each department has a regular  personality development programme for I year students II  year students on Career guidance and  Leadership Programs and PG and III year students on Group discussion, Personal Interview, Resume preparation, Employability skills, Corporate Expectations, Personal Grooming and Etiquettes.

Training and placement  cell regularly conducting sessions on Positive attitude, Self-Confidence, Inter personal skills, Team building, Aptitude test preparation, Goal setting, Public Speaking, Group discussion, Frequently asked questions in Interview, Resume preparation, Corporate Expectation, Employability skills, Mock interview, Mock Group discussion., etc. were taught by placement officer.
